District Enrollment Office:
Kindergarten Requirements for Registration:
A child is eligible for admission to Kindergarten if she/he is not less than five (5) years and no months old before June 1st.
To register your child(ren), you will need the following:

- Birth Certificate
- Proof of Residency, (current utility bill, lease, rental, or sales agreement)
- Current immunization records
- Custody order, if applicable
- Kindergarten Physical and Dental forms (only if your child is entering kindergarten)
- Grade 9-12 Chromebook Experience forms located to the right (only if your child is entering grades 9-12 )
